Our experience in the construction industry over the past 18 years ranges from roles as Site Foreman, Site Manager, Building Contractor and as lead Quantity Surveyor in a design and build company specializing in passive construction methods. As a Quantity surveyor, I really enjoy being part of a building project from concept stage to final handover of a project. I enjoy seeing a project grow from an idea into a set of plans and from there it evolves into a finished building and possibly someones dream home.

My role is to help people understand the building costs, whether that be the design team on a large project or a prospective homeowner venturing on their self-building journey. I advise on the the cost of construction from the design stage pre-build and continue to advise and monitor costs throughout the duration of the project.
